Our online store is plugged directly into UPS, and will capture live rates based on the product you choose. Feel free to use our online store to calculate live shipping rates to your location by adding a trade show display to your shopping cart and entering your postal code. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

UPS is our default carrier, and Tradeshow Booth Displays will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as UPS visits your country. We have shipped trade show exhibits and accessories to a number of different locations, but we most commonly ship within the United States and Canada.
 
 Our shopping cart calculates the cost of freight, but not the cost of applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with crossing the border. We regularly ship internationally, and we would be glad to help you by offering you a firm estimate on your shipping charges. Please give us a call at 800-522-9416 for more information.

 

Shipping F.O.B?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed with Tradeshow Booth Displays will ship Free On Board (F.O.B.) from either our shipping dock or one of our supplier's shipping docks. Tradeshow Booth Displays is not responsible for delays or damage caused by a third-party shipping carrier.
 
 Once a shipment is in the possession of a third-party shipper and the appropriate tracking information has been provided to the client, it is then the responsibility of the client to monitor that shipment and delivery. Tradeshow Booth Displays does not monitor all shipments once they have left our shipping dock or our supplier's shipping docks.

Where Do Packages Ship From?

We do 100% of our work in house so all of your products will ship from Northern Michigan.

 

Will You Ship on My UPS/FedEx Account?

Tradeshow Booth Displays will ship on your UPS or FedEx account at your request when possible. In some cases, shipping on your account is not possible. If you have a question about a specific order, we recommend asking our sales team at info@Tradeshow Booth Displays.com or your sales representative.  
 
 We ship vast quantities of trade show booths and exhibiting accessories, because of this, we receive discounts from UPS based on volume. For this reason, we advise that you avoid using your own UPS or FedEx account number unless you too receive volume-based discounts, as this will increase your shipping costs.

 

How Soon Will My Product Ship?

Each trade show display or accessory we offer has a different turnaround time, and the turnaround times are clearly displayed on the product pages. Most of our exhibits can ship within 2 business days. We never charge rush charges or handling fees, and there are never any hidden costs associated with shipping.
 
Because trade shows are time-sensitive events, we understand that turnaround time is a crucial deciding factor.
